The level of support for the Scalpay Community Shop Development has been overwhelming to say the least, and the current sum of money raised via the share option scheme is now at £15,000 (way beyond our original £10,000 target). The Buth Scalpaigh Cooperative now has 259 individual members and a new committee has been formed from within the list of members. (Members of the public can still invest in Buth Scalpaigh Limited by following the links at the foot of the page)
The committee are now looking to fill the following posts with a view to the successful applicants starting work by early March / April (pending the post applied for)
